About Massage

Regular fortnightly or monthly massage can help to increase your wellbeing and prevent injury.

You do not need to have an injury or have stress in order to enjoy the benefits of massage therapy, many people enjoy the benifits of a relaxation massage to help them achieve a feeling of wellbeing.

Research shows that the stress relieving effects of massage can also have a positive effect on your fitness level.

Often people believe that because they don’t ache and have pain that they don’t need a massage. This is not always the case. Preventative maintenance is often better than trying to fix the problem after it has occurred which can result in discomfort and more treatments over a shorter period of time.

At Sanative clinic whilst the above is quite helpful for some we are mindful of the fact that financially and time wise this may not be a viable situation for all and we will do our best to help you reach an ideal outcome with massage techniques and advice on helping yourself with self stretches and from time to time we may recommend other modalities which you may find helpful - all of which will have been tried and trialed by the Therapist such as Yoga, Pilates or Chiropractic treatments.

Suzanne has been operating Sanative Massage Clinic since 2005.  A range of massage styles are available from deep tissue remedial and sports to a deeply relaxing aromatherapy relaxation massage. Also offered is pregnancy massage at our Ballarat Clinic.
